Just Groom is the first-ever luxury pet spa and salon in Hyderabad which provides grooming at your doorstep as well. Just Groom commits to give best grooming experience to your pets for all the possible services including Bathing, Haircut, Nail trimming, body massage, Medicated bathing etc.

Just Groom also carries dog food & accessories.

Your access and use of Just Groom are also subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing Just Groom, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreement between you and Just Groom are suspended and of no force or effect.

JUST GROOM Mobile Services:

Just Groom Mobile services are currently limited to Hyderabad & Secunderabad city limits, Vizag. Currently, limited to Dogs and cats only.

As and when services are extended to other cities, appropriate communications will be arranged to users.

Not a thorough replacement for Medical Advice:

Just Groom’s digital platform facilitates to track your pet’s grooming portfolio. All the Information/Content/Material including News/Tips/Highlights on Portal/App is for information purpose only.

No liability:

Just groom shall not be liable to you for

any direct indirect, special or consequential loss
loss or corruption of information or data

Just Groom has taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect confidentiality of the user information and its transmission through the WorldWideWeb. Just Groom uses AES 256-bit encryption, for the transmission of information.
Just Groom shall not be liable for any delays or errors in the content, information, services, damages or costs of any type (not limited to business loss/loss of revenue) arising out of your use of the services of service provider or advisor.

Just Groom is strongly committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy sets forth DR.DOG THE PET HOSPITALS’s commitment to you to protect the privacy of your personal information collected through Just Groom.
To be very specific,

we will not sell your personally identifiable data to any third party
we will not contact you without your explicit permission, unless required by Just Groom support to guide you in effective use of product
access to the registration information, and any other personal information by users is restricted

Collection of Personal Information:

In order to avail the Services offered by Just Groom Portal/App, Users are required to register account and add his/her pet to the account.

We collect personally identifiable information (Name, email address, Contact Number but not Payment Instrument details) from you when you SignUp and create an account with us.

As Just Groom has tie-up with external payment gateways, for Electronic Payment Gateway facility through a third-party net banking service provider registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Just Groom shall not collect your Credit/Debit Card number, CVV, Expiration Date, for any transaction on Portal/App.

Permissions:

As is true of most portal/apps, Just Groom gathers and processes automatically generated information about how you use the portal/app, including your IP-address, browser type and/or a unique device ID.

If you specifically opt-in to permit access and collection of information from your social network account, your basic personal information in your social network account and user id will be collected. Please refer the respective social network’s privacy policy for more details and to set privacy preferences.

The user may be asked to enter personal information including medical records of pets on the portal/app. In addition, it can include all information to identify an individual, such as name, address, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card number, card holder name, expiration date or any information requested portal/app or its services.

In addition, if you specifically opt-in to Just Groom mobile service, your location will be accessed, collected from your device location (when you enable).

Just Groom might need permissions including but not limited to your device’s contacts/location/storage ONLY for the following purposes:

to enable you to use the service
to provide you the support
to improve the service
to send you informative push notifications
to keep you updated with relevant information service

Android & iOS permissions:

This section describes how Just Groom requests access to below system permissions.

CAMERA: For the sole purpose of digitizing any record or document and user profile updates
LOCATION: Needed to obtain your location to offer related services using GPS only as is usually more accurate
STORAGE: For the sole purpose of uploading/downloading applicable images as you choose. For e.g. to upload digitized health records
MICROPHONE: Needed to receive your audio to offer video consulting service with Vets

In any event, you can block this permission through the settings of your device.

Use of user/profile/demographic Information:

In our efforts to continually improve our product offerings, we collect and analyse demographic and profile data about registered Users on our Portal/App.

We do maintain IP logs that record data about all Users who access our Portal/App. We use this information for providing service and for analysis. All logs are stored securely, and can only be accessed by our designers on a need-to-know basis.

We collect IP addresses of registered users only for providing log history of their own accounts.

Tracking:

We, along with Google, use first-party cookies and third-party cookies or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our portal/app.

Sharing of Personal Information:

Information provided by Users is used by Just Groom to provide the Service and to enhance the overall experience. Access to Registration Information & Personal Information as provided/keyed in by users is restricted and used in accordance with specific procedures in order to operate and improve our Service.

Just Groom may also use few third-party vendors or service providers to help us providing services to you, such as SMS/email communications, shipment over the cloud or for payment gateway. Such third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide under contract and under law.

We may provide aggregate statistics about our customer, sales, traffic patterns, and Portal information to reputable third-party vendors, but in no way, it includes any Personal identification of Users.

Security Precautions:

Just Groom uses AES 256-bit encryption, for the transmission of information. Despite our efforts to protect User information, we cannot ensure the security of any information transmitted to us through, as no method of data storage & transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, unfortunately. Communications:

You consent to receive information & updates from Just Groom regarding the Service ONLY related to your account, through valid modes of communications SMS/email, including alerts that need your attention.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of the appointment by the customer 2 hours before the time of appointment will be accepted and a full refund will be processed into the source account within 2-3 days. Cancellation of the appointment by the customer less than 2 hours before the time of appointment will be attracting a cancellation fee of INR 200

Terms & Conditions:

Customers availing the doorstep service must provide a parking place for the staff to avoid any traffic violations
Customers who once confirmed the package and price while booking the appointment will not be entertained to bargain for a lesser price at the time of appointment
The customers must check at the time of handing over the pet for any major or minor disputes in case of the grooming service delivered. Once the confirmation is given that everything is alright, the customer cannot claim any refund or compensation.
Any tip amount given to the groomer/driver will not be adjusted against the customer’s bill amount
Paying directly to the groomer/driver is not entertained to prevent any kind of malpractice
